Cancellation Policy

Important Information About Your Booking Cancellation Policy – Paid Registrations If you need to cancel your booking, cancellations must be made more than 30 days prior to your original booking date to qualify for a refund. All approved refunds will be issued less any merchant account fees incurred at the time of booking, plus a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations made within 30 days of the course date are not eligible for a refund. Sponsored/Discount Code Registrations A valid credit card is required on file for all reservations made using a sponsored or 100% discount code, even when no payment is due at the time of registration. Sponsored and complimentary seats are limited and reserved specifically for participating offices. To help ensure that available seats are not held and left unused: 1. Sponsored/discount-code registrations may be cancelled at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled course without penalty. 2. Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to the course will result in a $100 cancellation fee per registrant charged to the card on file. 3. A $100 no-show fee per registrant will be charged to the card on file for any registrant who does not attend and has not cancelled at least 72 hours in advance. 4. The $100 cancellation/no-show fee applies even when the registrant's course fee was fully waived or paid by a sponsoring organization. 5. Use of a sponsored or discount code waives the course registration fee only and does not waive the cancellation/no-show requirements. By completing a sponsored or discount-code registration and providing a credit card, you authorize The H.I.S. Centre to charge the applicable $100 cancellation/no-show fee in accordance with this policy.
